NAV screen display problems

Not sure sure if this issue is a display malfunction, or a setting that I don't know how to correct? When listening to any audio source, the preset station buttons that normally appear at the bottom of the screen now appear in the middle and therefore overlap other info. I'm trying to avoid a trip to the dealer because the warranty is out. Thanks for any suggestions.

Try dragging down to bottom

^ Yes, what he said. It's a tricky little button/arrow to get too. If you touch it in the wrong place, you call up something else.

Tried it, and it worked, thanks. Very tricky indeed. There is a small red dot just above the center preset button that is used to drag the presets up or down. Took about 20 mins to figure out. Thanks again.
