Just as is says. It will come with everything pictured, takes about two minutes to remove factory system and install this unit. Nothing wrong with it, even has the stickers that came with it. I have been told, and have read that it will 5.3 & 6.2 engines (I have a 6.2), make sure for yourself before buying though...

For 5.3 applications you will have to change the silicon throttlebody tube. It is bigger on the 6.2 unit. That is the only difference in the 5.3 vs 6.2 air raid kits.
