Can't Set Radio Station Favorites

I had this problem too and I reset to factory settings, cleared all data. I was able to set the station and rename them. but now when I click on that station it doesn't go to the station. ugh. what did I do wrong?

To Dunc if you still come to this site; thank you! I just had to change my battery in my 2015 Canyon and had this issue. Your info let me fix it in no time! I appreciate it!
