Side shades?

I've never used sun shades before but want this truck to be my last vehicle so taking extra care got a $15 pop up shade for window to help sun and dash damage I hope, but wondering if there are any side window shades you guys use ?

 

I probably need a better windshield shade but wanted one easy to maneuver, open to suggestions there as well.

Quality tint that has a high UV protection. The key word is quality, do some research on tint, like 3M. Look for who has the best UV protection rating.

 

It doesn't have to be dark tint, some can have great UV protection without being dark if you want that.

Oh cool thought about tint but wasn't sure about the uv part. There is a place near here that does Spectra Photosync Nano I may look at.
