2014 Silverado 1500 Console Lid Replacement

Hello Everyone,

 

Does anyone know of a place or could possibly explain how to replace just the lid on the 2014 Silverado bench seat?

 

The leather started cracking and I am ordering the replacement lid online. Do not believe it should be too difficult but was curious as to if anyone has already done this and if so could point me in the right direction.
