Yes, but if you download the MyChevrolet app on your cellphone which works in conjunction with the free 5 yr. basic OnStar you will get the remote start function, door lock/unlock, parked location of the vehicle, horn and lights, request an appointment with the dealer, request roadside assistance and contact help assistance. Current status of gas fill, tire pressure, etc requires paid OnStar.

Did that, never reached onstar, just rang and rang. As another member pointed out, ain't supported here.

But as others have said the app should work. The app uses cellular service not satellite so you don't need to get signal from the Hughes (OnStar) satellites.

My truck ain't emitting any hotspot either to even connect to anything. ?
