No ac/ damp carpet help with diagnostics

Over the past 3 years i've sank 1800$ into the AC on my 2002 suburban non-computer controlled climate control. The condenser, evaporator dryer, oraphis tube have all been replaced and it won't blow cold. When the ac is off and set to cool i feel cold air blowing in from the vents however when i turn the ac on it blows hot. Before it went out for the 3rd time the dash made loud creaking noises from the ac and i have some water accumulating on the front passenger side floor from when it started. What could this possibly be? e7fa97ff26cfd2a04c3da0434d252cbd.jpg

Sure it's the air conditioner? Do you have a sunroof?

Otherwise, I'd suspect blend door actuators or a vacuum line. Could be that your drain for the condenser is plugged.

2 different issues. How old is your filter. Blend doors will fix the air flow.

Water is different. I suspect sunroof, clogged drain or crush seal if it is not antifreeze.

The cabin filter is new I changed it before it started leaking. The sunroof is draining properly. I'm not sure its the AC i just suspected because its leaking around there. The drain for the ac is clear

Crush shield or rust through would be a good place to start since you are up north with all the salt.

As for the cooling, what are the pressure readings?

Beak out the water hose and pressure washer over the crowl and the windshield. If it leaks you have a bad crush seal or windshield seal. If not, revisit the sunroof with the water flow next. If still not leak revisit the AC drain.

I don't have a pressure gauge i'll have to get one. But the leak happens when its been dry out for a week and sometimes its dry when it rains i sprayed it with the pressure washer in the cowl and around the sunroof/doors and it was dry

It poured all night and I came out to water so i think you guys are right about not being the ac. It doesn't appear to be coming from behind the black rubber piece i lifted it and no water was behind it only between the door and passenger seat
