Another wheel question

I have a 2016 Silverado z71 crew cab. I've purchased the Motofab 3" level kit with rear blocks. I'm looking to order the Mayhem Warrior wheels in a 20"x9". I'm planning to attempt a 34"'ish tire on the truck. These wheels are offered in a 0 offset and a +18mm offset. I understand offset but knowing how tight things get when leveled and putting a taller tire on your truck, which of these two choices would be my best bet? In my head 0 offset would be best but I figured someone on here would have already "been there, done that"... Thanks guys for any help that you may can offer...

I have 20x9+15 wheels with 275/65-20. No rubbing with 2" level

Haha oh man, you're about a week behind me. You're definitely going to want to do the +18. Let my pain be your gain.

What specific tire are you looking at? There can be huge "34 inch" differences. Trust me.

285/65r18 STT Pros on Mayhem Warrior 18x9 +18

I started with the 295/70 STT Pros on a different 18x9 +0 wheel and would have had to trim major metal.

When I got the Mayhem Warrior +18, I test fit a 285/65r18 STT Pro and concluded I still would have to trim metal. But it would have only been the inside of the fender, not the outside where the plastic trim is. It still may have come pretty close to the cab mount on travel.

Supposedly some others have fit other 295/70r18 tires by only trimming the liner. I can only conclude that those tires measure much smaller than their specs.

Feel free to ask a lot of questions - I'll answer what I can.

Also, I'm running Kings on the front at 3" and a rear 3" block. There are more pics and details in the last 3-6 pages of the "2014+ wheel and tire setup" thread

Thanks guys! Your input is very appreciated! After watching hundreds of YouTube videos and combing the forums and you guys input I think I'm going to go with an 18"x9" (+18) with a Nitto Trail Grappler M/T 275/70/18. Nitto's website says this is a 33.62" tall tire and 11.10" wide. I'm going to pray that it clears! lol

I'll post pictures once I get it completed. Thanks again guys...

You should be fine. You'll very likely have to zip tie the back of your fender liner so it doesn't catch and bend on turns.

Worse comes to worse you will have to trim the metal behind the fender liner. its one cut with a sawzall about 3" long and then hammer it in. very very easy takes 15mins per side. and the trucks have those plastic trim pieces to cover it back up

Is yours a Silverado or Sierra? What year?
