Rim Cleaning

[Locking Lug Nut]

What is the best way to clean around the lug nuts? I have black rims and I tried a detailing brush but that only cleaned the lug nut not the tiny space around it.

take the WHEELS off once a year and give them a good cleaning. or get a good dissolving cleaner like IronX and a pressure washer.
