lost reverse tilt and power folding in my settings

I bought factory towing mirrors and wiring harness to match that were suppose to be Power Folding. The box came with instructions saying that my truck needs programing update. The dealer installed this update but the mirrors were not power folding. SO I returned them ,put my factory mirrors back on and lost the folding action with the key fab, no big deal when I get the correct mirrors I will bring the truck back in. Well installed new mirrors, back to the dealer and told me that I lost those options when I installed the mirrors. I explained that they removed it and I like it back. Has this happened to any one else. 2015 Silverado K2500HD ltz Duramax. How can I get this back?
