I just bought a 2015 Silverado 1500 LT 4x4 Ruby Red. Has LT Plus Package, Dual Power Seats, Heated Seats, LTZ 20" Chrome Wheels, plastic liner, painted mirror caps and door handles, bucket seats with center console

I already purchase the OEM trailer break and wiring ( i had wanted the max trailer package but that dealer wouldnt negotiate). I have also order already 50 cal stubby antenna, custom license plate frame, red spike bolts, smart and easy magnetic phone holder, husky liners floor mat set, chevy bow tie black decal overlay for grillle/tailgate/steering wheel (didnt buy painted because dont plan on keeping grille), anzo black led third brake light, rear dog seat hammock cover, black chevy hitch receiver cover, and still ordering.

I am going to be getting tint and line x done this week. I want to get the rivet fender flares (just dont know if I should spend 725.00 (125.00 off) on already painted bushwackers or if I should buy a different brand for 150-250 and get them painted.

Also looking into subwoofers not sure if I want to do a dual or single sub box and if I am going to d 10 or 12" I would like to keep one side open for storage (dog hammock truck bedz, tools etc). Just want a good sound system (listen mostly to country and rock, sometimes hip hop). Plan is to keep factory deck, maybe change door speakers and add tweeters. Have done several stereo installs. Price of these wood boxes on ebay its tempting to just buy one vs spending 50 bucks on a sheet of 3/4mdf and get carpet and connector plugs.

Don't know if I want to get a dash mat, but am looking at a covercraft sun shade vs universal wal mart one. Other exterior add ons, different leds and lights, halo or other projector headlamps or bulbs, same with tail lights, grille, rain deflectors, bug deflector, etc

As for lift kit, I will probably just do the rough country level with/without the rear block and strut spacer for now until my tires are done. At that point ill either buy a 5-7" suspension lift for 35" tires or I will end up building my own lift to fit 37-42" tires. I am a fabricator, build my 7200 ranger race truck. Built sick ass non ball joint equal length beams, also have a cad engineered full tube centermount race truck chassis.

I will be building chase rack and light bar mounts as well as front and rear bumpers when lift kit is put on. It will be my tow truck (need to get the tow mirrors), chase truck with radio and gps, and race recovery when not racing.

my race team keith minnicks racing, fab shop use to be fast_fabrication

Any pictures or links appreciated.

I could be wrong, but I think adding the factory trailer brake isn't just a simple bolt in and wiring up. I believe you'll need whatever computer or module or whatever that controls it will have to be reprogrammed or buy a new one with the trailer brake. You're better off just getting an aftermarket trailer brake.

from what i have seen all you need is the part and the plug and play harness. the benefit of getting the factory vs like a p3 tekonsha, is the factory has the built in stabilitrak also works on trailer brakes. Also great location vs having to reach underneath dash. I did research before i decided to go with the factory one since it was not included on my truck.
