Bluetooth problem

2017 Silverado. Galaxy s8+. Whenever I go to make a call or receive a call, I hit answer on the screen with the ok button on the steering wheel, and it won't switch over to Bluetooth. Like the system will answer the phone, but only through the phones ear piece. I can hang up and try to call the person back and it will usually work. Anyone else have this problem?

Yup not all time about 25% of the time. Hitting the speaker button on the phone then Bluetooth button usually sends it back to the trucks speakers. Can be annoying.
