Where have you guys got the best price for gap guards? I need a set for my 99 2-door 4x4 Tahoe. Thanks for any recommendations.

You can usually get them at your local four wheel drive shop but be warned the price is high for those silly pieces of plastic. My local shop here in Phoenix wanted $100. I saw here that someone was getting them for $75. Read a few post down where someone made there own out of roofing membrane/pond liner and a few nuts and bolts for like $15.

I have a body lift and I think the $75 is also too steep. I'll be looking into making my own from the pond liner. Shouldn't be all that hard, a little time and patience.

Check out the pics at my webshot address, you can see where I made mine from the rubber roofing/pond liner. I got it all at Lowe's. Alot cheaper, plus you can't tell it's there, just blends in with the rest. Chris
