Foose Nitrous Wheels

Hi all, I hope I am posting to the right place, if not please excuse. I need some advice. I have the 22x9 Foose Nitrous wheels with new tires on my Silverado. I have a wobble on what I thought was a bad rim, many tire experts said it was out of round. So I found (after a long search on a discontinued rim) a brand new rim. I took it in today and got in and hoped my misery of my wobble was gone but its the same with the new rim if not worse! I have had it road forced tested and all 4 rebalanced. I had the factory 17s on it before and only had them on there for a month or so before getting the new ones but I dont remember having the issue. I am not sure if its the rims or what to do. Is this a 2016 Silverado issue? I kind of thought I had read about wobble before but have no idea what to do! 5 times at least I have taken it and each different tire expert (3 shops) have said no issue with the new tires or wheels.
