Spare tire question

For all you guys running 295/60/20 or 35x12.5x20 tires what do you do for a spare tire?

I still have the factory spare tire under the truck. I think the factory tire has a height of just over 32".

Would a 35x12.5x20 tire fit under the back of the truck, and if it did would the tire winch be able to support the extra weight?

I've read about people fitting bigger tires under the bed, but I don't think I've read of anyone fitting a 35" tire under there though. I guess you can just find a tape measurer and see for yourself.

I've been wondering about this as well although changing it on the side of the highway would present challenges anyway.
