Need help/opinions

So got under my truck this past weekend and decided to see were this knocking noise was coming from. It lead me to where the torque converter and flexplate meet. I gave it a smack around the transmission the noise goes away but comes back. Just need a little insight on what has to be changed or tighten. I have video of it but won't let me load it up.

Torque convertor could be going. There is an access port on the bottom of the bell housing. You can get a pry bar in there to see if there is any wiggle room on the plate/converter connection. Not much else in there besides the output end of the crank, the flywheel, torque convertor and input shaft for tranny as well as the bolts Connecting up the above items

Say the converter is going out. Is there a specific one i should buy?

I would verify other possibilities before throwing parts at it. Failing convertor typically shows symptoms as:
-slipping or late gear engagement (due to lower oil pressure)
- very slow start (stator is not locking up)
- loss of mpg at highway speeds due to convertor not locking up

Convertor performance can be impacted by too little or too much oil or dirty oil. So check and flush first.

Also, if you were banging on the transmission vs the bell housing,, then you are around the pump. So you might have problems further in.

Otherwise, std acdelco part is 24213393

Okay well none of those symptoms appear. Truck runs smooth as do the gears go in wen they're supposed to. Was looking at it and it looks like it's been changed out before. Could it be maybe loose bolts or cracked flexplate?
