2000 Sierra 1500 Fuel Return Line PSI

What's the pressure supposed to be on the return line back to the tank?  There are 2 metal lines behind the fuel filter that I'm guessing are returns.  Reason I ask is my fuel pump went out.  While replacing the in-line filter, I breathed wrong on one of those returns and it was so corroded it broke (just replaced all brake lines for same reason too).  It looks like they run all the way up to the engine and replacing them would be a horrible experience.  I'm hoping it's low pressure and and can just patch it with some rubber fuel line.

 

Also, the main line to the filter is short.  it's corroded and the flare nut on that end is rust welded to the line, have to turn the filter to get it off.  Is just that short line from the tank to the filter available?

all lines are available might take some time to get them, the return line is low pressure and can be patched with rubber fuel line
