Went to a 1 ton this year , 20” wheels not a option , so I plow and always run Durant tracks , wondering if a 285 75 18 will fit on my truck and rims

Yes they will fit with zero problems.

285/75/18 are 35" tires I believe. Those may rub without leveling the front.  I don't know how different the front end height is on 1 tons vs 3/4 tons.

On a completely stock truck, they might rub the carpet liner. However, if you raise the front a bit, they'll clear just fine. Same with a 295/70/18.
