Ambient lighting in door handles on 2017 Silverado

Since GM didn't add the lighting to the rear door handles, why can't the front door parts be installed and wired to work in the back?

It’s because the Circuit # 6817 - LED Backlight Dimming Control is not delivered to the rear doors. I suppose, if you really wanted it, you can add it. You’ll need...

- Handles
- Wiring from the handles to the door panel harness.
- Circuits delivered from the front doors, to the rear doors.

The Driver Side is done [emoji4]. Passenger side is physically installed but waiting some wiring attention. With Thanksgiving and Family in town... I guess they need some attention [emoji23]

While you’re there, add the led to the rear of the console too. Lol. I think that would look good in the back.

That looks awesome man another mod I would love to do is add the small lights to the rear inside door handles like the front have. That bothers me that they don’t treat the back the same as the front.
