GM muffler

Hi everybody new to this site I am trying to find out what truck this muffler came off. There is some number in the muffler but when I search for it there is no information. The number is GM G0038861 and I will attached a picture. All help appreciated. Thank you

Army judging from the tailpipe design and size its from a full size SUV.  GM truck systems have a swept side tailpipe location.

Any other numbers?  The G number is not a part number unfortunately.  Judging by the length it might be Tahoe/Yukon.  To be more specific, going off the big 2 bolt flange, 2007-2008 Tahoe/Escalade/Yukon.  2009 and newer they use a ball/socket flange and clamp setup.
