New to the forum, looking at a 2018 eAssist

Hey folks,

 

New to the forum, the time has come for me to trade in my baby, a 2016 Camaro SS, for a truck. I am seeing some attractive deals for the Sierra 1500 with the eAssist, but havent been able to find much end user opinions on it. I am looking at getting it about 3k cheaper than the standard 5.3, so with that said, I would like to ask you folks if you have an eAssist, do you like it? Are there any cons? Would you buy it again, if not why?
