Ok....so i changed the heads. After everything was together. Truck fired up just fine.
Turned on a few times after then it just died.
When i put the key in and go to switch I get nothing from the speedometer. But the starter clicks.
Tricky part. When i insert the OBD2, the dashboard lights up like normal and the starter clicks.
Checked fuses about 100 times.
Checked and replaced relays. Check if relays are getting power (they are)
Replaced the starter.
Added extra ground wires.
Just changed the ignition. (Same thing)
Looks like factory alarm system. Unplugged it and nothing.
Battery connections are fine.
Battery is about a year and half old.
Tried boosting it and nada.
Called the dealerships and they said they've never seen this problem and to bring it in.
What's next? Before i throw my money away to a mechanic that's gonna tell me to take it to the shop after he won't find the problem.

Bypass the starter relay. Use a wire to connect large terminal to small wire terminal on the starter. If it behaves the same, then battery/ground problem. If it turns over, then control problem either through ignition or computer

Starter has two wires. One directly connected to the battery (larger wire). The other is the control wire connected to the solenoid and controlled by the ignition/security system.

Doing the bypass, takes the ignition/security system out of the equation , leaving just the main connection to the battery (and the ground connections).

Check both the Grounds on the back of the Heads. I know you said you added grounds and that's great. But If the grounds to the computers are not there you will won't be in the game.

Fixed?

Sorry i didnt get back sooner. It's been cold out here north east. Truck sits outside. But anyways. Turns out i got frustrated after looking and checking more stuff around. Even though i rechecked all the fuses like a 100 times.  I started changing all the fuses that had to do with ignition. Came up with a fuse that said "TBC" truck body control. Fuse was good and kept coming out good but was acutally not making any contact. That was the no power part. Replaced the new starter again which was the tapping and not engaging part. After 6 starts the starter went. Can you believe that. Anyways truck runs and drives again. Thanks for support. Hopes this helps someone in the future.
