Speedometer recalibration after tire size change

I have a 2014 1500 4x4 with a 5.3L and 6-speed tranny. After doing the Rough Country 2.5" lift/leveling kit (great kit easy install and truck looks, rides better) I am going to remove the 265/65/18 tires in favor of some 275/70/18's. The speedometer is most likely going to read a few mph less than actual speed so I am wondering if there are any programmers that can be used to recalibrate the speedo system?

I bought the TruXP Xtune Plus for $260 from Autoanything. Like everything sold under the TruXP or ProZ names the tuner is rebranded. It’s the same tuner as a Flashpaq F5. I used it to calibrate my speed and turn off Afm.

It also have a couple of canned tunes and some other little adjustment capability here and there. It can also read DTCs. For the money, I’m fairly confident the TruXP tuner is a good option.

For reference my dealer said they would charge $145 to calibrate the Speedo, so for a few $$ more I got the abilities to turn off afm and tweak some other metrics.

It’s still on sale.

I’d be happy to answer any questions about the tuner.
