I changed my spark plugs and had oil on a few.... the very first one had the most..... it was mostly on the metal heat protector and out side the plug......a lil on the threads but none on the tip.... from what I read it's most likely just the gasket that needs to be changed..... can any body give me any info that might have... thanks

Same thing. I just like Amazon because of the free 2 day shipping and you always have the no hassle return policy.  And good and snug is fine. Doesn't have to be torqued... Just good to do.

ok cool.....i just wanted to make sure.....on that site i posted i put in my truck details and it showed me the one for 114......not the one above ........i read on the link u sent that they changed the pvc on the new style.old style was round and new style is square?  below is the comment i am referencing.......thanks

"No this is different, I think the only way you can tell is by removing it, the pvc hole will be square if it's the updated valve cover and the drain holes removed, if it has the round hole for the pvc it's the old style. "

p.s i will just got pick a fairly cheap torque wrench.....r those universal? both ft lbs and inch lbs? or do i have to buy one just for inch lbs?
