You could swap the grill to an LTZ z71 grille, would be color matched except for 3 chrome pieces. Or go to a LT z71 grille, would be a black. You could also pasti dip the chrome

What do you mean except for 3 chrome pieces?

Not my truck, but saw this in one of the chevy Facebook groups and saved it, thinking of doing the same look myself.

I don’t remember, I’m in a few of the Chevy truck groups, sorry bud. I do remember that the guy used vinyl wrap for the chrome delete, but that’s about it. From what I’ve read that would probably be your best bet if you’re wanting to black out the headlight trim and bumper as well. Seems like people that get them painted usually have issues with it chipping down the road.

You’re welcome, glad to help. Post up some pics of what you end up doing, not a lot of LTZs out there to look at for ideas, so I’m always interested in seeing what people do. Here’s mine as she stands now.

This is a lot of chrome!  My Sierra has a lot of chrome as well but it seems to blend in a little more.  I suspect the front of my truck doesn't pop like yours is because I'm accustomed to it and Sierras are very common around where I live.   Your truck is a LTZ and this is what your particular model looks like.  I'd give it time and not try to make it look like another model or someone else's truck.  Over the years there have been styling features that I have initially not liked but after time embraced them.  I chuckle at those few contributors on the '19 Silverado threads hammering on various style changes. Wait until they have one in their driveway!   I suspect you receive compliments on how nice your truck looks just as I do more than two years after purchase!
