You also have to replace upper strut mounts to be able to re-use your stock springs. There is a little tab on the plastic isolator pad you have to cut off. Ask dealer for stock strut mounts, they were maybe $100 if I remember correctly. I have always used bell tech lowered/ lifted struts. Definetly better handling than stock or magnetic ride, but not stiff.

Also have to cut magnetic shock harness on strut to remove spring.

I stayed at the stock height on mine, now that I think about I used the 4600 series.
