L83 Timingming Chain Tensioner HELP

Stupid question but how do I pin the tensioner with a small Allen or drill bit to take tension off the timing chain. I see the holes but how do I get those holes to line up. Thanks for the Help guys

Push back the timing chain tensioner (1) and install EN-46330 tension pin (2).

  Ha!! So GM Customer service, ive already been talking with someone on your email team and there is nothing they can do. So pretty consistent with everyone else’s experience- you can do NOTHING.. worthless emails. Sure glad i have 4 GM cars on our family cuz now its clear you dont care.. Sad and pathetic.
