installed new power slider..doesn't work BCM?

OK new guy here..I did read the topic on installing a power rear slider window in My 2015 Silverado LT..My truck had the wiring to the rear motor ..I have installed a new power slider rear window, new overhead switch , new overhead wiring harness to supply the switch, and new fuse panel that has the two relays ..nothing happens, I do have power to the 30 amp fuse and the fuse is good, I do not have any power to the switch BUT do have a ground, so I think the switch sends a ground to a relay to make the motor work?  I didn't think it went through the BCM  but who knows?   Personally I would prefer if the window was hot all the time..So any ideas on the problem?  If it's the BCM does anyone know  the code my dealer need to reprogram into it? OR how I can wire it hot using the factory set-up?  Thank you Keith

Maybe this will help? Nothing goes through the BCM. But it interfaces through the passenger side Fuse Panel and the X61A Junction Box (black box underneath the driver side be E-Brake).
