Fog light question

So I currently have the quad fog light cube mod on my truck. Well I keep getting flashed at night occasionally to the point I do t even use them anymore so I’m gonna switch back to the OEM fogs now. Has anyone opened up the fogs and painted the inside black? Currently have the Anzo U-bar headlights which are black inside with a clear lense. I’m basically wanting to match the head lights and fog lights. Or am I wasting time and should just get a set of smoked foglights?? Here is what I have.

Have you seen the Morimoto XBLED fog lights? They are a direct replacement complete housing that are black on the inside.

Yea I was looking at those but I really don’t want to pay $200 for fog lights. I saw the knock off brand on eBay too. The inside housing looks gray to me though.
