2015 HD 8" Mylink Bluetooth failure

So my truck - a 2015 2500HD LTZ - has had two issues crop up recently.  The first being that I get the Service Driver Assist System alert.  I've already narrowed that one down to the ol' busted cable(s) on the left haptic feedback motor - I'll get that one fixed easy enough.

 

The other one is my Bluetooth system on my truck suddenly failing to re-connect properly with my phone.  I have to un-pair and re-pair the phone every time I want to actually have them connected upon vehicle startup.

 

Things I've tried:

• un-pairing the phone, shutting it off for a bit, as well as doing the same with the truck and the door open.  No joy.
• Full factory defaults reset on the radio.  No joy.

 

I have a hunch my MyLink radio is taking a shit, but is there a separate bluetooth receiver somewhere in the truck?  I DOUBT it's related to the haptic feedback motor shorting out, but...they DID start right around the same time, it seems...
