Flat towing

When you flat tow behind a class a or a class c motorhome does the vehicle being towed rack the miles on the odometer

That's a good question! My guess would be no if it has an electronic speedometer and the key was off. Of course they would add up if you had a vehicle with a speedometer cable. I'm going to keep an eye on this in case I guessed wrong.

There are a million variables. 

 

In some cases: YES
In other cases : NO

 

If you could provide the VIN # of the vehicle being towed, the answer would be easy to report (assuming it is stock, and in good mechanical condition).

Most likely, no.

 

And, sorry if I'm stating the obvious, but you'll have to make sure you have the transfer case in neutral.  Or, if you have a 2wd truck you have to disconnect the driveshaft.
