Does anyone know of a spray paint that I can use to spray

There’s a kit you can order form Amazon the part# or link is somewhere in this thread. Assuming by cover you mean something like this and not the intake itself.

    This stuff sticks to plastic, dries quickly, and come in a variety of colors. You can get it at ACE hardware. I have used it many times on ATV's and it resists mud, rocks and scratches from branches very well.

If all you are painting is your engine cover, I would think that it would be OK. You could clear coat it for better protection.
