Anyone ever deal with this company?

 

Im going on 4 months of 5 day a week calls trying to get a double charge on my account removed from a returned Item that the UPS tracking number says was delivered, and was confirmed by the ONLY guy that was any help(Ive been transfered to everyone imaginiable) who was Larry Ext 1879 and hes not even in the "Returns Dept"

 

Everytime I call, they transfer you to the Supervisor(Lance Ext 1000) who is never there and never returns calls ever.

 

At this point do I just call the bank and have them credit me back one or both charges? Or is there someone else at this place to talk to?

 

One more thing, 99% of the time, everyones in a meeting, on vacation, at a truck show, but they will be back Next Tuesday. Then on that day they are somewhere else.

 

I know Im not the only one since Ive read on other boards similar situations. :confused:

 

What pissses me off the most is I have to pay interest to the bank on this Overcharge on my card so its costing me money every day too.

 

Any suggestions?

oh yes, they will get you your stuff in no time and are great.

 

But if they double charge you, good luck.

 

Im going to the bank later this week and see what they say.

 

Surfing around other boards Ive seen complaints of this same nature and Ive waited Far to long and made far too many calls. Literally every day to the above excuses.

 

Today no different.
