It took a few monthes, but they finished my house, and I closed on it a few days ago. Finally, no more paying rent, its actually mine (and my wife to be's)

 

 

I will say, my truck looks alot nicer in my own garage :smash:

I will be in the same prediciment hopefully this coming spring/summer. I was wondering what % did you put down for a down payment?

 

The house I am interested in is 145K plus 30-40K for a lot

Congradualation on the new house . Got a pic? That escrow and loan approval process can be a tough time. Then you get to move. I've seen lots of short tempers on moving day so take it easy and relax.
