Hi all,

 

Recently purchased a 2018 Silverado LT All Star Crew Cab and scoured this forum for a few weeks beforehand. I was concerned about getting a truck with the 8 speed transmission, but actually love it. So far, super happy with the truck. Gets a helluva lot better mileage than my 2008 Sierra(I know, it's a truck, who cares). But an average of 21-22 is better than 15. It matches my 2017 Malibu in color which I thought was fun, although I don't have a pic of them together yet. Located in north central Illinois by I-80 and I-39 if there's any local people nearby. Also a MotoGP fan, I ride a Harley and am an amateur/hobbyist photographer. Hope to enjoy my stay on this forum and have some good discussions.

 

Guess I should put up at least one pic of the new truck though...when it stops raining or being 90º+ around here, I'll clean it up good and take some good shots.
