16-18 illuminated bowtie

If anyone has one can you take a picture of the back? Im wondering if i can remove the bowtie and replace it with my white one.  There are tabs that are glued in and if i can remove those tabs im going to get one

I'll try to get you a couple pics, I don't believe the colored part can be removed as easily as the regular bowtie.

I cant tell. I guess illgo to the dealer ship and ask them to look at one. and hoping also the bowtie insert is the same size as non illuminated

Odds are they won't have the accessory illuminated bowtie in stock. You could always try covering the gold logo of the illuminated bowtie with white vinyl.

I think that would be the best option, there is an led board and such behind the insert, so the tabs for it aren't accessible from the back of the assembly. You'd have to pull the whole thing apart to get to it. I'm sure there's a way to do it, but being a sealed assembly, it would probably be a huge pain. Just depends on how bored you are.

I can pull one out of a truck off the lot. Theyve let me do that a few times
