^^^^  Her towing capabilities will be compromised whether she has the V6 or V8.  Sometimes our efforts to make our vehicle look tougher actually reduces its capabilities.  My V6 on stock wheels/suspension comfortably pulls up to a 7,000 lb trailer.

Regear it. That way it will be back to the way it was before the taller tires. Or maybe step it up one or two in ratio for even more grunt.

I have a Diablo tuned 4.3 and pull a camper with no issues. Does not lack in power. The transmission and torque converter are shameful though.

Air-Lift has pucks for lifted trucks and those air bags are great. I just installed them on mine with a wireless controlled compressor.
