Will GMT800 pickups become a classic gem in the future?

Keep looking here. I was told I would never find a clean rust free 89-91 K5 Jimmy or Blazer in Canada either that wasn't a resto, import or ridiculously priced. Searched for a couple months and got a reply to a want ad for an orignal relatively unmolested 1990 K5 with no rust down to the frame.. still has the GM wax on it. Truck was bought and lived it's life in southern BC.

I come across clean GMT800's all the time.. just like I get stupidly cheap LS engines too lol. A little effort goes a long way. I chased an 05 rcsb 4x4 GMC for a while that had 43000 original kilometers. Guy wanted 15 grand but was playing games lol. Haven't looked since.

Yeah I saw that little GMC in Langdon.

You are right, because I don't want to pay the exchange and have the BS getting it across the border! Even if it is not loaded but has a clean body and frame I will look at it. All the other stuff I can put in myself. Get parts at wreakers and eBay.

Wasn't in Langdon, was in Clairmont just north of Grande Prairie. See.. more trucks already lol. This LS stuff is fun and cheap to do. I just grabbed a 114000 km 6.2 out of a 2013 1/2 ton for 1500 bucks. Just goes in the pile with the rest of them lol.

There was a 2005 rcsb GMC in Langdon that only had 50000km on it. He wanted $15,500 for it though. If I was at home I probably would have at least looked at it.
