iPad indash

Does anyone know if your able to put a digital media receiver in the top glove box of a 14 Silverado im wanting to install a iPad in my dash I don’t have my factory radio anymore I have a aftermarket radio now the digital media receiver is a short chassis radio is there enough room in that area ? Any input would be greatly appreciated the picture below is of an older truck I wanna do the same thing .

Very little depth. Air bag and brackets are being there. You would need a processor that is just a faceplate thick or build out.

I have had the whole dash out.
