2015 2500 battery charged but no power to truck

Started my truck this morning via remote start fired right up then shut off immediately checked voltage at battery had 11 volts put jump box on it and no power to the truck any ideas oh and it's also about 20 below this morning with wind chill

Your battery is around 3 years old it could very well be no good. They just dont last as long anymore. You could pull it out go get a load test at autozone but your probably ready for a fresh one. Cold will knock a weak battery out.
