Interior Upgrade

I’m looking for advice and or any information anyone has on upgrading my interior. I have a 2012 GMC Sierra 2500 WT. I would like to upgrade to a leather interior with the bucket seats up front and full center console out of a higher end model. I am not a mechanic but I like to fix and improve my own vehicles as a hobby. I’ve never tried something like this. Will the upgraded interior fit without issue? Are there any parts I would need to get to go along with this upgrade that aren’t obvious, like a dashboard pannel?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Assuming the 2500 are similar to the 1500 models the seats out of an LT or LTZ should bolt in as well as the center console. Best thing you could do is find a scrap yard with the truck and verify everything. I would take the mounting hardware and all. Never hurts to get all the stuff needed.

 

07-13 should all have the same stuff, only addition being integrated air bags i the seats on newer models but I'm not 100% on that. If you need I can get photos from My 08 LTZ and post them for you to look and compare.
