I have Led tail lights, my truck hyper flashes when signaling to turn. I’m looking for the best solution to fix this. Any advice would be much appreciated

yeah, you probably want the flasher.  If you go with resistors, they need to be in parallel with the led light, they are relatively large, and should be attached to something that acts as a heat sink.

For my truck, I went with the resistors, but it's a cab&chassis, and my 6" oval led's are in a metal enclosure with extra space, so I could just mount them in the enclosure next to the light...

I thought after 2007 GM did away with the flasher module for BCM controlled lights.  I've got an '09 and I couldn't use this, I could have on my 06 though.

To op resistors were what I did.  No real problems finding places to put them behind the tail lights and up front for the front turn signals.  Just remember you'll need one for each bulb so 8 total.
