LED Switchbacks in 2016-2018 LT HID headlights?

Searched but didn't find anything. 

 

Has anyone replaced the amber lower turn signal in the LT headlight with a white/amber switchback?   Jump the white running light in the switchback to the parking or DRL lamps.   Would require I'm guessing a new bulb socket since the turn signal does not have a running light function from the factory.   This would give upper and lower white DRLs like the LTZ/HC. 

 

Has anyone done this?   If so any pics anywhere?  Just a thought I was batting around.

Don't forget you would have to open you headlight housings up and replace the amber lenses with clear lenses.

Yeah oops didn't think about that.   Just googled and it does look like clear lenses are available, $180 just for the lenses plus then have to tear down a pair of perfectly good lights.   Think I'll skip this idea.   Thanks for the reply CK.

This recently came out; as cool as it would be there is no way im opening $1100 headlight housings.
