Replacing capless fuel fill with capped

I have a 2018 Seirra 1500 personal and a 2017 Chevy Silverado work truck with the capless fill system.  Has anyone removed the capless neck and replaced it with a capped system.  The other day a Casey's gas station the gas hose got stuck in the 2017 and it took about 10-15 minutes to wiggle around with nozzle and it finally got the fill hose out.  That is my biggest grip about the capless is possible and did happen stuck nozzle.  

 

I have track down that 2015 and older has the capped system and I want to change out the fill neck and gas cap.

 

Anyone done this yet?
