Outside mirrors upgrade non towin

I know there is probably a thread out there on this page topic 

I’m interested in upgrading my outside mirrors to the auto dim and turn signal indicator ones

i have installed and pinned in like factory harness for my inside rear view auto dim mirror at the time I went ahead and installed the 2 wires for the outside dimming mirror 

mid it a big hassle to get them to work?

my truck is a 2014 Silverado 4x4 crew

I want information on the autodim rear view. My old 08 had it but my 16 doesn't and that's some BS
