Shaky Pete's ;

Causes can be many but based on the common threads here restricted air filters, cheaper poor quality gasolines ( which is most of what we all can access)  combined with weak coils or coils connections that are corroded.

If you have Country Mark, CENEX, or CO-OP fuels in your area try them for cleaning, use the lowest octane you can get for them because they have appropriate additives in proper balance that can clean deposits on injectors and even top of pistons.

Top Tier is not always going to help sadly. But ExxonMobil has a real good additive package that can help.  Most of the other brand gasolines either don't use enough, or use too much of out of date chemistries to make the poor quality regional formulations function well in our GM engines. Experiment with fuels that seem to help long term.

You may be getting a significant amount of fuels dilution into the engine oil and that can affect cam phasing, AFM, VVT, etc. Make sure your unit is firing right, and tuned well. Then run the best lubricant you can afford or change it more often to soften the effect on the oil side.  If anyone here has oil analysis data that was captured during the times when you have the issues share it and I will group attempt to interpret the causes.   Finally pour in the tank Berryman Chemtool B12 can be used AS DIRECTED to clean injectors but do not use it too often, its strong. Its residual effect is not long. Why finding a fuel that helps you is important.   Some of my old oil analysis customers have reported COSTCO seems to help them and they are using a AFTON additive that is racked in so it mixes well instead of top treating at pump. Shell and Chevron additives seem to be less effective lately for the issues described.
