OEM accelerator swap- price drop on part!

For this of you considering swapping out your OEM accelerator pedal for the updated part, as outlined in this thread:

I can’t  argue the validity of the swap, but several guys have done it and stated their belief in it being an improvement. For $36 bucks it’s a lot easier to give it a try...

Thanks for posting that!  I paid $40 for mine after seeing this post and its definitely worth it.  My truck was irritating to drive with the pedal delay and how far down I'd have to press the pedal to get going.  I bought a vitesse throttle controller which helped with how far I pressed the accelerator in, but it didnt get rid of the delay.  I'm 95% happy with it now.  100% would be it working like a cable-driven throttle.  I made a video on my experience with it.

Would be nice if thats all I had to do.  However, my bracket didnt flex at all originally (I was going to shim it) and after the install, barely flexes still, so thats not my problem.  I might shim it still, but my flex is so minimal that its not the real problem.
