2006 chevy 2500hd 6.0 possible tom issues

I have a 2006 chevy 2500hd 6.0 with 125000 miles on it. I just bought the truck a 2 months ago and have put about 5000 miles on it. It started giving me trouble intermittent starting and then going into limp mode. I was getting all tranny shift solenoid codes and the clutch pressure solenoid. I replaced the ignition, the starter, and all solenoids in tranny , the filter . it all seemed fine.  And thentge tranny started getting head warnings and not wanting to hit over drive all the time. So I put a big cooler on it and still gets hot after 100 miles. Tranny looked good on inside. Now I get intermittent start and still running hot.. Also  Checked what grounds I am aware of.  Any help would be great..

The trans gets got?  Whats the temp? Did you remove the stock cooler and replace with bigger one?  How hot is the engine running ?

What is a "head warning" ?

There is a ground under the cab extension Drives side, rear of the extension, for the BCM >

Might be time for a coolant flush, radiator flush, and a new water pump and T stat.

If you live in the south, or southwest you can run a 160 T stat all year and it will work well and trans temp will be lower.

Spark plugs may need to be changed as the gap gets huge after 120K miles.  Good luck

I have rebuilt all internal electronic parts in tranny. New ignition switch ,new plugs and wires, new starter , new mass air flow, bew radiator, and new tranny cooler. With full flush and fikter change. Everything looked great in tranny.. Its not getting hot anymore but I am getting intermittent start again after the truck gets warm, and if it does start it stays in limp mode.. Abs light and park brake light come on.  I am thinking I have a bad conection or a bad neutral safty switch.. From the schematics I have looked at the neutral s afty switch could be the culprit.. It also shifts hard from 1st to 2nd when warm randomly. And usually always after it does that and I shut it off it wint start or is in limp mode.. Also thought maybe theft loc but it all test fine.. And shouldnt have any changes in temp.. Any help or advice would be great..

For the brake/abs light being on, first thing I would suggest you do is clean the grounds that are bolted to a "wing" off the frame right under the driver's side door.  Unbolt the connectors from the frame, clean them and the frame, put on a bit of dielectric grease on them, then bolt them back down.
