Rough running/low rpms

Hey guys I've exhausted every option I can think of with my 98 tahoe with a 5.7 vortec. It doesn't want to start it sounds like the motor wants to seize most of the time fuel pressure is a consistant 63 psi on attempting to start and the off chance I get it to run I cqnt give it any gas and its misfiring like crazy its given me codes p1352 p0431and p0108 I fixed the timing issue recently that code hasnt returned what are my best options without replacing the spider injectors because that's starting to be what I'm leaning torwards as the problem
