Iphone and radio play simultanously

My iphone 10X whether blue toothed or console hard wired when music is selected and played by the phone the radio does not switch from FM to phone it plays both songs at the same time (FM station and Iphone library song). I have deleted profiles on phone and Denali and I have powered both truck and phone down, re paired several times...it still occurs.....anyone experience this and know the fix.....I am tired of bringing my new vehicle back and forth to the dealer...thanks

My High Country has also done this on several occasions under different version of the software on the head unit and the iPhone.  The only solution I have found is to turn off the truck and leave it for a few minutes and then restart it.  It's a huge pain, but that is the only thing that has worked to correct it.
